If you do not use an authentication tool (SSO) and access the platform using a username and password, there are three ways to recover your password.
On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?".
Enter your username and click Next. Choose one of the following options:
By selecting this option, you can recover your password if you remember the answers you set for the security questions when you last created your password. If you don’t remember the answers, try other options such as the email access code or password reset.
After selecting Security questions, click Next.
Answer the three questions and click Validate.
On the next step, create a new password, confirm it, and click Create.
Access the platform with your new password.
To use this option, your email must be registered in the people database. If you don’t know whether your email is registered, check with the person responsible for registration in your company. You cannot use an unregistered email, such as a personal email.
After selecting Email access code, click Next.
Enter your registered email and click Next.
Enter the six-digit code you received by email in the platform and click Next. Important: If you haven’t received the code, check your spam folder or click “I didn’t receive the email” under the Validate button.
Create a new password, confirm it, and click Create.
Access the platform with your new password.
Password reset is necessary when a person does not remember the answers to their security questions and does not have a registered email to receive the verification code. The reset can only be performed by someone with a higher registered hierarchy in the platform than the person needing the reset. It is not possible to reset the password of peers or superiors.
If you need a reset, request it directly from your management or according to your company’s recommendation. To reset someone’s password:
Go to Password > Reset.
Enter the name or username of the person whose password will be reset and click Reset.
Ask the person to access the platform following the first access steps.
