People import report
After sending the people database to Weduka, you can check the import status. If you are unsure about the update frequency of the database, check with your planning team or the person responsible for sending the file in your company.
Go to the menu: Reports > Usage logs.
Select the operations and businesses you want to check.
In the report field, choose People import report.
Enter the start and end dates for the period you want to check the imports. Tip: if you don’t know when the last import occurred, use today’s date for both start and end. This will show whether there was an import today. If not, change the start date to yesterday and search again. Repeat this process until you find available data.
In the generated file, check the processing status column. People who were imported correctly will appear with the status Success. People who were not imported correctly will appear with the status Error. In the Reason column, you can identify the cause of the error.
To correct import errors, make the necessary modifications in the database and resend the file to Weduka. If you do not have access to do this, consult your planning team or the responsible person in your company. After the next scheduled update, you can check the status again.
