Here you will find the registration information for each person who currently has or has had access to Weduka, and you can view this data according to your access permissions. You can use this menu to check if a person is active, which segmentation they belong to (that is, their role, operation, business, site and work schedule). Additionally, you can also consult management information.
These data are updated through a people database, which is regularly maintained by the people responsible for this process in your company.
Access People > Search.
Click Filter to refine your search using segmentation options. This is useful if you don’t know the username or the name of the person you want to find. Alternatively, use the People field to search directly by the person’s name.
Operations - choose one or more operations to search. By default, you will see the operation you belong to. If you have access to other operations and want to search for people in those operations, select them in the corresponding filter. Unrestricted access is granted by Weduka upon request from your company, allowing specific people from one operation to access information from other operations. If you only see your operation in the list, it means you don’t have access to other operations or that only one operation is registered in your company.
Businesses - use this option to select one or more businesses according to your access permissions.
Role - choose a role or all available options.
Location - select a specific location or all available options.
Shift - choose a shift or all options.
Management - select a specific management period or all available.
People - enter the name or username of the person you want to search for. When the platform suggests the correct person, click on them.
Access profile - use this option to select one or more access profiles.
Show only active people - use this option to search only for active people.
Click Search. The results will be displayed in a table with the following data: Username, Name, Email, Shift, Role, Operation, Business, Location, Management, Access profile, Association type, and Active status.
If you believe the data is not correctly updated, contact the person responsible for updating the people database in your company. You can also review the people import report to understand if there were any issues in data processing.
